Multi Hand Vegas Downtown Blackjack Splitting Rules.
You can split any 2 cards that have the same value or denomination.
Once you have split a pair of aces and you happen to draw a card with the value of 10 then, this will not count as Blackjack but will instead have the value of 21. This rule also stands for cards with the value of 10 that have been split.
You can split up to the point where you have 4 hands. However, this rule excludes Aces which can only be split once.
A pair of Aces that have been split will only be dealt one additional card and then you are forced to stand.

Once you have received you first two cards you can Double Down.
The value of your Double Down bet is the equivalent to your initial bet amount.
You can double down after you have split.
Multi Hand Vegas Downtown Blackjack Insurance Rules.
If the dealers first card is an Ace, you will be granted the opportunity to take Insurance.
The Insurance bet is equivalent to half the amount of your initial bet.
Insurance bets are independent from your initial bet, whether your hand wins or loses.
Should the dealer not turn a Blackjack then the insurance bet will be lost and removed from the table and the game will continue.
Splits and Double down bets made are not covered be insurance but only your original hand.
Insurance is paid out at 2:1 odds in the event of the Dealer getting blackjack.
